CONFETTI COOKIE BITES!

Needed:

- sugar cookie dough

- mini cookie cutters

- assorted sugar sprinkles

How to make it:

1. Start with sugar cookie dough and roll out to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.

2. Use a small cookie cutter to cut out as many cookies as possible from the dough and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

3. Dust the cookies with different colored sugar sprinkles.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Do not let the cookies burn—they are so thin that this would be an indication that they are getting too crispy.
